Sometimes when on assignment my mind will wander and play games with itself. I like to imagine what the architect was thinking about when he designed an area. So as an architectural photographer I will view a feature and think about what it reminds me of, then I’ll look around and see if anything else in the area relates to that. In this room, the librarian’s desk area reminded me of a giant clam, and the sea green colors added to the maritime motif.
