Just as important as books are to a library, so are computers. Go into any library and you will be certain to find a public computer. The internet isn’t called an information highway for nothing, and it is getting heavy use. It’s hard to replace books, though, because there is a certain feeling one gets when handling a book, particularly if it is old and large. That feeling can’t be replaced by a mouse click or the tapping of keys. This feeling is something I cannot capture with my architectural photography, but I sense it and try to be respectful of it.
