Having an angle leading into a building is important for an architectural photographer, and it helps when that angle is a colorful flowerbed. Lead in angles, the power of color, flowers, puffy white clouds against a deep blue sky, long shadows and warm evening light…am I forgetting any element which can contribute to a good architectural photograph? Oh, let’s through in the stylish building (I heard it was designed to look like a ship at sea.) and even the American flag. Now we’re cooking with gas.
