Additions in architectural photography have to show the relationship of the building or buildings being added onto with the new structures. Seems easy in theory. In practice it isn’t always easy. I pride myself with being able to interpret the architects vision, and capturing it for all time. Here is what the new and the old look like, side by side. Do we always expect the addition to be just like the old structure? In a word…no. We can expect the addition to respect the theme and maybe even the style of the old building, though.
